ITEM LOCATION 

Most of my items are in Nisantasi, Istanbul where I reside 80% of the time. The rest is in Brooklyn, NY, where my sister lives. 

Please check the Shipping, Returns, and Payments section for item location before you purchase since delivery time will depend on item location.

SHIPPING

Items in Istanbul ship via the Turkish Post Office PTT. 

PTT is a member of the Universal Postal Union UPU for worldwide delivery. 

PTT ships the item out in 2-4 days. Total delivery time depends on UPU's international delivery times, the receiving country's customs clearing, and post office processing times.

As per PTT rules, all international shipments are to be sent tracked and usually require a sign-off at delivery, regardless of the value of the item.

PTT is closed on weekends, so I only ship on weekdays. 

Items in Brooklyn ship via USPS, and we also ship on Saturdays. 

CUSTOMS

I have to state the value and content on a PTT sticker and place it on all

international packages. 

As per eBay Policies, all customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the listing price.

DATA PRIVACY

I do not keep my buyers’ information on any other platform than eBay. 

Your information is kept on eBay, by eBay, until it is automatically removed from the list of Items Sold (in about 3 months) together with your contact info on my Seller Dashboard. 

I request the phone number of the buyer simply because PTT requires it for all shipments. I do not use or share it with anyone else, but I have to state it on the package.

FEEDBACK 

Feedback left by the buyers is super important for eBay sellers as feedback affects our performance rating and the seller fees we pay. 

eBay has many standards, policies, and complex criteria for seller performance. Listing an item is not a picnic either, so many details are required. Negative feedback scars a seller for at least 12 months and is nearly impossible to take down. So, I am kindly asking all buyers, for myself and on behalf of my fellow sellers here, to contact the seller before leaving negative feedback. 

I receive many "thank you, I loved it" messages from my buyers, but unless a buyer provides feedback using the Leave Feedback button on the item, it does not count on my Seller Score. My score sadly shows a mere 30% of all I had sold here cause only 30% of my buyers had left feedback.
