 Brackets are supplied with 3mm pads that go on the back. This takes up the gap between the grill and bracket which stops plastic on plastic contact.

Please also measure your plate, this is important!. They are designed for standard height UK plates that are 111mm high with a thickness of 3 to 4mm. If you have a thinner plate then you may need to modify them and I can't guarantee it will work (foam pads etc). If your plate isn't 111mm high I now have files to fit other plates (it's usually the 4D ones). Please request this during checkout or you will receive the 111mm bracket.

Please check the measurement for the depth of your grill near the license plate before buying if your grill isn't genuine. It will be anything from 8mm to 20mm depending on your model.
