Screen Out Fines Cleaner Corn and Wood Pellets BURNS BETTER
Use this Corn & Pellet Cleaner Screener to clean out all the fines like corn broken granules and wood dust from crushed wood pellets. It will also screen corn for husk and corn-comb particles. It will also screen out your FINES which are broken corn kernels and these broken kernels do not burn well. Same story with crushed wood pellets; it cleans the fine broken wood dust out ... crushed wood pellets They DO NOT burn very well. Same with "saw" dust or broken wood pellets. "Saw" Dust or fine broken wood pellets do not burn well either. They can also pack-up and jam up the auger shaft. Cleaned corn and wood pellets will enable your stove to BURN BETTER. A Vacuum Hole has been installed in the back and as the fines drop, they can be vacuumed into a vacuum hose ... this is not really necessary as they simply can also drop through the screen to another pail. Wood Pellet Cleaner screener
This machine will clean the wood pellets and screen out 3/4, 1, and 1-1/4 inch long. 1 and 1-1/4 inch wood pellets have a tendency to jam up in the auger shaft. You should be left with wood pellets 1/2 to 5/8's of an inch long and no wood or "saw" dust. It works great!
