Our MTK-Series head units are excellent after-market head unit upgrades from the standard factory units. Running with a MTK3360 800MHz CPU and Dual Core ARM9™ & ARM11™ Cortex processors, this head unit offers Analogue Radio, Multi-Media (USB, SD, AUX & iPod), DVD/CD and Bluetooth, all at an affordable price-tag. 
Build Quality: You will probably see a lot of overseas sellers selling this type of unit, so what makes ours better? Our units are built with the very best components. We use a Silicon Labs Si4745 premium radio receiver for quality radio reception, a DSP processor for ultimate sound, a Sanyo 860C DVD/CD driver with a SUNPLUS 8202 VGQ decoder and a Samsung 800x480 WVGA Advanced 4-Line Digital Touch Screen. The unit is also made up of quality components from sony, hitachi, Panasonic and SiRF.
Sat-Nav GPS Navigation: The unit comes with GPS built in Sat Nav. We use our own customised NavTeq based maps for the navigation system here. Supplied with UK, Ireland & Western European maps as standard, the long Euro road trip may actually be a reality now! Everything you could want from a navigation system is here. Search by using a full postcode, POI or by street and city. Nice clear mapping with audio directions assisted by lane guidance and junction view means you will never get lost again. PLUS this unit features Dual GPS Zone Functionality.
Bluetooth: The system features an advanced Masten® Bluetooth module with full phone-book synchronisation, meaning all your address book contacts on your phone can be displayed and accessed on the touch screen. View the names of your phone-book contacts, missed calls, dialled calls and more. To make a call after your phone-book has downloaded simply give the name a double tap on the screen.
Steering Wheel Controls: The head unit will retain the steering wheel controls. No extra wiring needed, it's all plug and play. 
Multi-Region DVD Player: Enjoy movies up front, or play movies independently to an External Entertainment Monitor (sold separately) in the rear while following GPS directions on screen. You’re in complete control! Of course it will play all your old CD's too.
Multi-Media: Playing music by SD card and USB is brilliant on the MTK-Series units, you can access file playlists and more importantly the head unit will display all the song information and album art (if assigned). It will even show lyrics of the song too (if assigned to the file). The MTK-Series units will support SD and USB media drives up to 16GB. You also have a Virtual CD Player (VMCD) function on the head unit where you can copy CD's directly to a media device.
Made For iPod & iPhone: Compatible with iPod Touch, iPod Nano and the iPhone 4|4S|5|5S|6|6S only. You will need a 1m or 2m Apple cable to plug into the USB port on the rear of the head unit (cables not supplied with the head unit). Then you can play your music straight from your Apple device onto the designated iPod mode. It will display all the song information and album art (if assigned). However, please note: As Apple continuously perform iOS updates, it can interrupt this mode. Apple are trying to make their method of playing music only compatible with their own Apple Car Play products, therefore reducing the chances of this always functioning.
Internet Ready: With use of the 3G dongle (JES-WF166 sold separately) to connect to the Internet this unit will let you have the World Wide Web at the end of your finger tips. Log on to Facebook or Twitter, check what is happening with the latest on the social. You can visit Google Maps and suddenly you have a FREE, accurate and regularly updated navigation system. Maybe visit BBC iPlayer and catch up on the TV you haven’t managed to watch. You could even visit Just Eat or Hungry House and place an order for some food so it’s ready for when you get home! The possibilities are endless with the Internet in your car.
Rear View Camera Input: The unit has a dedicated camera input with super fast auto activation when the reverse gear is activated. Don’t wait up to a minute to view your camera image like with lower quality systems. The MTK-Series System activates faster than it’s rivals!
Bespoke Options: You can customise the appearance of this head unit by uploading your own images to be used as a wallpaper. Any 800x480 JPEG image can be used here to give a custom feel to your head unit. You can also drag and drop the icons on the screen so you can all your most commonly used modes on the one screen.

This well presented, colourful app-style appearance makes this user interface extremely user friendly. All the modes available at your finger tips. Not happy with the layout? It's customisable! Drag and Drop you icons to reposition them. You can even change the background theme colour.

Another page of applications to explore. Simple one touch access and open them. Ideal when on the move. You can even upload your own image to the unit via SD card and use it for the background display

Designed with the iPhone range in mind. Simply plug in a USB to Lightening connector or USB to 30pin lead to the rear USB slot (cable not supplied) and the head unit will read the iPhone or iPod and you will have full access to the music on there. If you use album art as well, the unit supports it!

The old school view of having the frequency in a large font is popular so we've got involved with that . You've also got RDS and 30 pre-set stations available. All your standard radio features are also included: TA, AF and PTY.

Built in Bluetooth means you can keep your eyes firmly on the road whilst having the ability to make and receive calls hands free. Simply connectivity. Get a call whilst listening to music or the navigation, the unit will allow the call and when you're finished it will resume back to its current function.

You can view your dialled numbers, received numbers and your missed calls numbers. You also have your phonebook on the unit and you can search easily. It will arrange the phonebook by favourites and then alphabetically.

Streaming your music via A2DP Bluetooth is easy. Once paired, simply stream the music and control the music from the head unit. A totally wire-free solution. You can even stream music media from your smart phone meaning you could steam apps like TuneInRadio and Spotify.

Play media directly from your USB memory stick (not supplied). You can play music media via Mp3 or WMA. You can play movie media via AVI or RMVP in full 1080p high definition! The user interface will display the file information (if assigned).

Our Virtual Music CD Player is a great way of offering you a modern day CD multi-changer. You can copy up to 10 different CD's directly from the CD - DVD drive onto either a SD card or USB memory stick.

With use of one of our Internet dongles (sold separately), you can get online and browse the World Wide Web. You can browse our listings on eBay, check your Facebook, send a Tweet or even order some food from Hungry House. The sky is the limit!

Just like with our USB function, you can play music media via Mp3 or WMA. You can play movie media via AVI or RMVP in full 1080p high definition! The user interface will display the file information (if assigned).

The unit is compatible to support to the steering wheel controls. You can assign each function to have it how you want. Very simple to set up and save. Also, if you car has it, you can answer and end Bluetooth calls from the stalk control.

Most items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days (Saturday is NOT counted as a working day). Most items in our eBay store offer FREE ECONOMY UK MAINLAND DELIVERY (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Scilly, Isle Of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey are not eligible for free delivery unless the item can be sent in the post). If you choose the free delivery, the item will be sent via the most cost effective means possible.

Free delivery is only for UK mainland. Unfortunately, customers in remote areas will have a surcharge postage cost added at the checkout. 







 






EU DELIVERIES







 




As the UK has now left the EU, any items shipped from our UK warehouse will most likely require customs (duty & VAT) to receive the item. We will include the eBay IOSS number and show VAT paid (as it does on the eBay site). Please note, we have absolutely no control over customs processing/delays/fees. 






 




We do have a EU warehouse and if we can, we will try and use that for your delivery. This is not always possible but if we can, then we will, as it will mean there is no customs and duty. 






 





NON-EU DELIVERIES







 




For customers in non-EU countries, we find it is quicker and cheaper to actually send out our products direct from our manufacturing factory in CPR. If you are unhappy with this, then you will need to let us know at the point of order but as it is cheaper and quicker, we doubt there will be an issue as we are well versed in export.






 




Some items are only in our UK warehouse, so will have to be dispatched from there. Please note, we have absolutely no control over customs processing/delays/fees.

Returns

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item has developed a fault, is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out. It's important you contact us so our team can provide you with the correct returns information and the relevant RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) detail.






 




eBay offers a built in returns system however, we would request that buyers contact us first to let us know why they want to return and then we will advise how to use the eBay Returns System correctly. 

We request that buyers respect that system and do not put false reasons for returning items in order to obtain a free returns label. We will report buyers who misuse this system and the return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount.



 





VERY IMPORTANT:
 All returns must have a valid RMA number.







All returns must be assigned a RMA number. An RMA number is a unique reference number for your request to return an product. Please do not return any products without obtaining a RMA number from us first. RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days from date issued. If an item is returned after this period, your returns will be closed and the item needs to be collected back to our address at your cost. If an item is returned without a RMA, we will struggle to know who and why an item has been returned.





 




UNWANTED / NOT REQUIRED PRODUCTS






 



An unwanted product can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as it's still in original, unopened packaging.


Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice.













You cannot return unwanted items after 30 days of purchase, nor can you return items that have been used.






In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned open so long as you let us know you want to return them within 30 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, be in "as new" condition and must not have been used, installed or had any data input on them.





 

 




FAULTY PRODUCTS






 



It is bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible. 

You always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of delivery. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair or exchange service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault (see warranty tab).








We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS






 



If you unpack your product and find it damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and please validate the claim of damage by supplying a picture of both the damaged contents and the parcel box it arrived in. We will assess the claim and resolve promptly.





 




ORDER CANCELLATIONS






 



Once you place an order with us, there is only a short time frame we are able to cancel that in due to the high metrics eBay sets for dispatch. eBay offers a service to request to "request to cancel a transaction". We strongly urge customers to do this as it will remove the sale from the eBay sales hub that our dispatch team use to process orders. If you send us an eBay message, it is most likely the order will be processed before our sales team come to your message so this method does NOT guarantee its cancellation. Only once the order has been confirmed as cancelled by a member of our team is this the case.





 



We do not take financial responsibility for the cost of the return of any products ordered in error or that are no longer wanted.

Standard 30 day return policy: if you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 30 days of receiving it, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations. The product must be returned in the condition it was received. We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 15% restocking fee if they have evidence of installation, user abuse or are not in a resalable condition when returned.






Manufacturer's warranty: Beyond this 30 day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is a minimum of 1 year. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us via the eBay message contact system. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced with a new product or provide details of the manufacturers local service centre.






 Returns will be refused or a deduction in the refund to obtain a new product box, if labels are stuck directly onto the product box.






If any parts are missing from the product then we will only be able to offer a part refund / part exchange to cover the cost of replacing the missing parts.








We do not cover return postage unless specifically agreed by our team prior to return.






We are not responsible for installation costs under any circumstance.









Items returned without a valid RMA number maybe declined.







 



Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us; for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.





 


































































































If you have received a faulty or incorrect item: You must notify us within 10 days of receipt, we will then arrange to replace or repair the unit. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the items, and is automatically lost if the item is opened by non-qualified or unauthorised people. Please note that minor issues may be resolved by supplying replacement parts or alternative solutions acceptable to both parties.

Warranty

We offer a standard 12 Month warranty.











All the products we sell would have a minimum of 12 months warranty (unless otherwise stated), in the very unlikely event that you have a problem with any product you have purchased from us, then please contact us via eBay messages.















Should your product develop a fault within a first 30 days of purchase you many return your goods for a exchange or refund providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please contact us on eBay messages to report your issue and if we identify the product as faulty, we will inform you how to use the eBay returns system and you will be provided with a free returns label.








Should your product develop a fault a

fter 30 days from the order date, then the 12 month manufacturers warranty will apply. A refund is 

ineligible

 and the item will either be repaired or exchanged. 

Your goods will be repaired or exchanged by an appointed repair centre by the manufacturer. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse.




 

 




If Goods become faulty during the period of the Warranty for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions or misuse of the Goods, you must notify us in writing and/or by completing a warranty claim form (including a description of the fault) and return such Goods to us. Such Goods shall be returned to the manufacturer for review and testing.






 




Based on the manufacturers' opinion, we will repair, (or at our sole option) replace such Goods with the same or superior Goods, without charge or not provide any of the aforementioned. The manufacturer's opinion shall be final and binding and we shall have no further liability to you. If Goods become faulty after expiry of the Warranty, and you request that we replace or repair such Goods, then we shall charge our then standard list price for such repair or replacement.






 




Your sole remedy in respect of a failure of the Goods to comply with the Warranty is as set out in the Warranty Conditions.






 




We will be afforded reasonable opportunity (up to 21 working days) and facilities to investigate any claims made under the Warranty and you will if so requested in writing by us promptly return any Goods the subject of any claim and any packing materials securely packed and carriage paid to us for examination.






 




We will have no liability with regard to any claim in respect of which you have not complied with the claims procedures in the Warranty Conditions.






 




The above warranty is given by us subject to us having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.






 




Audio Tech Direct will not arrange collection or pay postage costs for the product. All items for the warranty procedure must be sent back by the customer.

Fitting & Installation






 



Audio Tech Direct recommends that you have the item professionally installed by an IMI auto-electrician who specialises in car audio. We cannot accept customer diagnostic as a fault report. Any issues are usually resolved by troubleshooting the problem. All units are tested prior to dispatch and should you run into any installation issues we are here to help.
