I bought this in the early 1980s as a cake decoration. I cannot recall if it was intended to be used as a cake decoration, but I did, and it has been used for many years in good order with a small amount of paint loss. It is made from hard plastic and measures 4 x 3 x 2.4. Made in Hong Kong.
