Delivery address - This item will be delivered by third party courier, as such it can't be delivered to a PO box. We will use your eBay registered street address for delivery unless you provide us with a different delivery address before you make payment.

Loss or damage in transit - If an item is lost in transit, we will send you another one. However, any damage to the item must be shown and noted when you sign for the delivery, otherwise no damage claim can be made. Please check the item before signing.

Large items - For all items heavier than 25kg or too large for one person to handle, the buyer must have an able person to assist the driver with unloading the item. Delivery can only be made to ground floor of any address.

We will replace the goods or make full refund, if:

Returned items which are non-defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
