IMPORTANT NOTES:

* Make sure to clean and dry your surface with a dry cloth/towel right before applying, in order to make sure the wall/door/window/ vehicle etc surface is dust free *

* Please ensure you DO NOT apply to gloss painted walls or walls coated with a wipeable paint
  * if gloss or wipeable paint please prepare the surface with a PVA coating prior to installation as the chemicals in these types of paint can cause adhesive to fail.

* DO NOT APPLY TO RECENTLY PAINTED WALLS - PLEASE CURE FOR AT LEAST 3-4 WEEKS BEFORE FITTING as again chemicals being released during drying process can cause adhesiveness to fail *

* Make sure you apply the decals to a smooth clean flat dry surface *

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

Shipment will be made to your confirmed EBAY address unless stated otherwise.  They are supplied rolled in strong reinforced postal tubes with taped down end caps for security during transit.  To take out of tube just make the sticker smaller by rolling it in on itself using your fingers (ie making it small as expands to tube size when inserted - the graphic with then just pop out of the tube easily.

Delivery timescales are estimated - we will ensure we despatch on time but during periods of high volume such as christmas holidays and other bank holidays then this can be delayed out of our control.  If it is urgently required your order for a specific date then it may be best to choose one of the expediated delivery services from the drop down menu.

Should you have any queries please contact us directly through the eBay messages for support.  If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your item or it has been damaged in transit please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback.  We can usually claim from postal couriers and will dispatch you a replacement -  all we need is a photograph of the damage to packaging and item.
