This unique English solid silver snuff box was crafted by silversmith John Rose in Birmingham dating back 1955.
The construction quality of this snuff box presents a high degree of precision.
The snuff box is fully hallmarked with the makers mark “JR”, silver lion, Birmingham anchor and the date mark “F” for 1955.
The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent. This will add something very special to any collection.
Also , there is a mark "Robert Jenkins & Co LTD 1856-1956 for long service F. Foster" which makes the box unique and iconic.
