This is a Japanese "Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger" ranger key based on Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger (which became Power Rangers: Super Megaforce in the USA), namely "Aba Red". It is from the recently released Memorial Edition set, and has a button on the side, which causes the legs to flip up! See pictures for details.
