"Model Sheet: Marvin the Martian" Warner Bros Ltd Ed Cel Animation Art 206/750.  The cel and mating are in good condition.   The glass has a few scuffs.  The black frame has scuffs/scratches and there are a few pieces of the black torn off and cracked. The COA is on the back of the frame. Check all pics for better idea of condition.
