Small brown dots on one end of fabric. I didn't cut it off because I know how important every inch of fabric can be while working on a project, especially when the fabric is discontinued and vintage. I measured the yardage AFTER that area, about 5.5" from end. See last photo. 

The fabric has a natural sheen and reflected the light during photography, making some areas appear "washed out" or faded ~ it's in perfect, new condition without any fading or changes in color. 

It was stored indoors, rolled on a bolt, and hasn't been laundered or altered.
