A beautiful Edwardian art nouveau solid sterling silver tray, fully embossed with two birds (swallowtails maybe ) foliage, mythical lion and swags, and a stunning tear drop fluted tray edge. 

Truly wonderful workmanship from the very respected Silversmiths, Jones & Compton Spencer Street, Birmingham.

The hallmarks are situated in between the mythical lions whiskers. they are very clean and easily readable.

The tray has a vacant cartouche and the tray is without any monograms or engraved personal messages.

The tray is very substantial weighing approx 314 Grams, fabulous gauge of silver with a wonderful shine.
