They do work but you cannot walk far maybe 6 feet away from each set

Onse set is louder

I have no idea what the heck I picked up on one of these sets sounds

like some crazy CB'ers

No guarantee you'll be able to receive any signals but I did recentlly

Battery compartments are clean

There is minimal volume scratch to be expected with these never having been used

The volume is low that may be due to the outdated frequency assigned to these walkies

But I could hear myself between the two

One grill has a mark across it

The outer boxes are worn

One box has the original styrofoam over the walkie talkie
