As our policy, we send items either on the same day or within 1 business day. We personally hand all mail to the postal clerk at the post office counter (we do not simply throw it in the mailbox). Often times in the US, they do not postmark the envelope and will send it to the destination country without a postmark. We cannot control when and where the postal service postmarks your items.
