Type your choice of brand, model, color or design in “Message for seller” (Only in purchases from listings with no options to select). In case complete the transaction without specifying it, contact us through a personal message or you will receive the default color.
For custom sizes, colors, shapes, or designs ask first.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
All decals are made to order and shipped from United State.
Payment is due within 7 days of end of auction or purchase.
FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING by USPS letter class in envelope with DO NOT BEND printed and NO TRACKING NUMBER. Shipping time is approximately 5 - 10 business days (weekend is not counted).
All items are shipped via USPS. We do not ship internationally for now.
Please make sure correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
Items are shipped to the address you have provided on Ebay. Once your decal has shipped, there is no way to re-direct the package. If incorrect shipping address is provided, buyer is responsible for re-shipping fee.
If you like Tracking Number you have to upgrade to USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are fully responsible for any errors in shipping you the wrong item (Color and Size).
We do NOT offer refunds without a return! Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless we shipped the wrong item to you.
If you have questions before ordering, please ask. Returns are not accepted, because vinyl decals cannot be re-used. If for any reason your item is damaged in the mail, contact me.
You have 24 hours from the time the package is delivered to report ANY damage. After that we will NOT replace damaged decals.
Photo's will need to be taken to prove damage PRIOR to installation. Once decal has been applied to any surface, return policy becomes 100% void since decal can not be re-used. Any questions, it is our job to help you.
If 3 weeks has gone by and you have still not received your decal, please contact to discuss replacement.
HOW TO INSTALL:
1) Before applying please make sure you are mounting to a smooth, clean, dry surface free of wax, dirt and oil.
2) Peel the decal along with the transfer tape slowly away from the paper backing making sure all the decal is still attached to the transfer tape.
3) Rub the decal onto the mounting surface through the transfer tape.
4) SLOWLY remove the transfer tape from the decal making sure all parts of the decal remain stuck to the mounting surface.
5) Application of the decal works best when the mounting surface is between 65 & 100 degrees.

DAMAGE ONLY OCCURS WHEN DECALS ARE:
(1) Not properly installed or area is not cleaned prior to install.
(2) They are neglected by not following the instructions.
