The item for sale is two LEGO Technic Building sets #8040. The LEGO itself is in good played with condition consistent with its age and nothing appears to be damaged or broken. The one set appears to be complete with the instructions. I can not verify all of the tubing since it is cut but it appears sufficient. The other set is missing a couple of axels, some gears, pins, a bush, 1x6 plate, wheel centers, and the instructions, I believe that is all. Since no set quantity list is included, I checked them based on the Peeron.com site. The set boxes have some wear consistent with its age but overall decent condition. The set was displayed so some of the pieces might be a little dusty.
