Please be sure that the Part Number on your Board is EXACTLY as shown above.
Often times there are TV models that use more than one set of parts and/or panels.
Part number can be found stamped on the board. Look for the ZZ stamped on the board.
A firmware update is required with this board.

IMPORTANT: The Sony KDL-60EX645 TV model have a high rate of a failure rate with a TV Panel.

The following picture symptoms indicate a bad LCD panel, and NOT a bad T-con board:

  • One side of the picture is darker than the other
  • Picture has horizontal line(s)
  • A dark, cloudy spot spreads across the picture

    • Installing a new T-con board in a panel with one of the defects above will result in damaging the new board.

    Please follow the video instructions before installing the new T-Con board.
