We accept the following two payment methods:

- PayPal: payment is clear immediately once the payment is made.

- Bank transfer (preferred payment method). Buyer’s eBay username must be noted on the payment reference for bank transfer.

• Items will normally be shipped within 1 working day once the payment is confirmed and cleared.
• All items will be shipped to the buyer's eBay address.
• Without customers special requisition, we will send the products via regular post by Australia Post.
• For items with free shipping, there will be no postage charge.
• Where free shipping is not available, the maximum charge for postage and handling via regular post for combined purchases is AUD $15.00 for Australian address only.
• For orders over AUD $100, the products will be sent via registered post without any surcharge for Australian address only.
• For security and safe delivery of the items, customers have the discretion to pay additional postage cost for registered post.

• Estimated handling and delivery time is between 3 to 10 working days.

We guarantee to provide high quality and competitive priced products to our customers.  However, if our customers are not satisfied with our products, we will provide prompt exchange or refund, where possible, subject to the following conditions:

• Product exchange will be accepted within 30 days from date of postage.  Customers are responsible for product return postage, and any subsequent postage costs if the replacement product is exchanged.
• If customer does not accept product exchange and prefer a refund, the requisition must be made within 30 days from date of postage.  The refund will be processed when the returned product is received from the customer.  Customers are responsible for product return postage.
• All products return for exchange or refund must be received in the conditions that were delivered to the customers, with all tags and protection stickers attached.  If this criterion is not met, exchange or refund will not be processed and the product will be returned to the customer.
• Certain items such as underwear cannot be exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.
