Last in Byron Preiss' ambitious Millenium series for Walker and Company with notable authors and illustrators collaborating on short novels on well known science fiction tropes and mysteries, this one being "what really happened to the dinosaurs?" Barry Longyear won the John W. Campbell Award (now Astounding Award) in 1980 and since then has won Hugo, Nebula, Locus, and Prometheus awards. This first edition copy is Like New with only some slight fading to the dust jacket showing its age.
