This novel follows the story of Lewis Griffin, a black man in New Orleans, a detective, teacher and writer. After years of finding others, he has lost himself. Now, a derelict has appeared in a New Orleans hospital claiming to be Lewis Griffin.

Written by James Sallis, an American crime writer who wrote a series of novels featuring detective Lew Griffin, and the 2005 novel 'Drive' which was adapted into a 2011 film of the same name.


CONDITION

In the original blue quarter calf with marbled boards in clear protective dust wrapper. Externally, excellent condition. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
