• We only accept payments from PayPal.

• Payment is due within 7 days of closed auction.  8.75% sale tax will be charged to New York State buyers ONLY.
  

•  Domestic Shipping Fee is for shipping within 50 States.
•  Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business days upon receiving payment.
•  A tracking # of shipment will then be issued to the buyer via Paypal or Email.

• For international buyer, buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes associated with this shipment. There may be shipping delays due to custom inspection. We will not be held liable for any delays due to custom inspections.

•  Claims must be made within 14 days after receiving your purchased item.
•  All return/exchange requests must be submitted through your eBay account.
•  Refund will be issued upon receiving and verifying your return order( no missing parts, all items must be in resalable condition ).
•  Return for a refund may be subjected to 20% restocking fee to cover our cost associated with this sale transaction.
• If free shipping is offered,  the shipping and handling fee is not refundable
•  Buyer is responsible for shipping cost for return or exchange.

        Item Exchange Instruction:

• All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before returning. Any returned package without an RMA#  will be refused.  Please e-mail us for your RMA Number.
