Fair Used Condition. It's overall in good shape with no dirt, rips, holes or stains. But the Reflective stripe is cracking. You can see it in some of the photos. (As seen in photos #3, #4 And #6) Other than that it's in good shape. It was really hard to get good pictures of the color yellow it is and the Reflective stripe.
