SHIPPING

• Our standard worldwide shipping service is FREE.
• Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days upon full payment received and an additional 3 days to be posted.
• Your order will be delivered within 14-49 business days for our internationally supplied products after the handling time. We use this time frame to take into consideration and delays such as customs,which unfortunately our out of our control. This is excluding our Australian supplied product which typically takes 3-14 business days, however can also be affected by delays.

  During peak holiday times, shipping for internationally supplied products may take 40+ days.

  PLEASE NOTE- Due to the pandemic major logistic delays can be expected as current volumes are exceeding even the busiest Christmas period, with Australia Post processing close to 2 million parcels a day. This heavy volume coupled with significantly reduce flight and the impact of social distancing in sorting centers, at customs and in postal facilities has led to delays. 

  If your order isn't received after 7 weeks, please contact us via messaging through our eBay support team. We will contact the suppliers to investigate the matter to resolve any potential issues.

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day return policy from checkout  date.
