We select the most suitable method of shipping, depending on the size and weight of the item and your location. We use Australia Post, Australia Post E-Parcel, TNT Road Express and Star Track Express. All sales are provided with a tracking number. Customer pick-up is available.

We attempt to have all items leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours, some non stock items maybe a little longer. If there are stock delays, we will contact you and sort it out.

Returns are accepted within 21 days and will be given a store credit. Refund will only be given if we supply the incorrect product. All returns are to be in original condition and packaging
