This putter was made to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the firm shown on the back of the head.
Toe heel weighted putter. Head design similar to Ping. Winn grip is worn.
Unable to determine the manufacturer. Possibly Taylor-Made / Tad Moore ?The quality is as good as any. The putter is well balanced.
