All minifigures are new and in original packaging. They have been cut open to verify the content and then resealed into a ziplock bag.

Shipping starts at $3.95 and then its an additional $0.50 per add on. This is honored for all our minifigure listings. Please request for invoice so that we can make the shipping adjustments or simply purchase and we can issue a refund of the differences.
