Orders are sent to the shipping department throughout the day, therefore we cannot guarantee adjustments to orders after payment is received. Also, we would be more than happy to verify part fitment for you prior to purchase via your vehicles VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).

Parts Grading

A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Mississippi and any other state that requires sales tax according to the eBay sales tax table. The sales tax will be automatically collected and remitted by eBay services.

We ship either through USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground services. The listing allows for one business day' shipping time, however we try to offer same day shipping on all items purchased before 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. However, we do not offer shipping on the weekends. If an item is purchased on a Friday afternoon it will not ship until the following Monday.

Items are shipped out only after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). 

International orders are shipped via eBay’s Global Shipping Program.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item via eBay messaging to allow us to correct the issue before leaving nuetral or negative feedback. We have been in business for a long time and are committed to customer satisfaction. 

If an item is incorrectly ordered by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping of the item. We will cover the cost of shipment of an item under a warranty claim or if an incorrect item has been shipped out. 

Unless otherwise stated, all parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Details regarding timeframe as well as payment for return shipping are outlined in the return section at the top of each individual eBay listing. Please message us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the warranty/return policy.

We offer a 60 day replacement warranty on all engine accessories sold. Please contact us within the 60 day warranty period if you have an issue with the item that you purchased. Warranty claims must be made with our warranty department, details will be included with the packing slip for each order. We offer a replacement item (when available) or we will refund the original purchase price of the item. The warranty is for the cost of the item only and DOES NOT include any labor charges associated with installation of the part to your vehicle.
