Since the 1st quarter of 1977, the radio DIY-set "Electron-M" has been producing the Zaporozhye plant of semiconductor devices. The radio is a set of parts of elements and assemblies for assembling a direct-amplification transistor radio receiver according to the 2-V-3 scheme, operating in the medium wave range. The receiver has a sensitivity of about 30 mV/m. Maximum output power 100 mW. The range of reproducible sound frequencies is 200...5000 Hz. Power is supplied from the 9V 6F22 battery. The price of the radio set is 6 rubles. The set was produced by the factory until the first half of the 90s. With a practically unchanged electrical circuit, with a slight correction of the denominations of parts and designations in the circuit, the printed circuit board had several wiring options. The set was produced in different design options, assembly and operating instructions and in various packages, with different loudspeakers.
