For you consideration is a First Day Cover hand signed by John Hames.   Mr. Hames was the Flight Stewart on Air Force One and flew President Kennedy to Dallas on November 22, 1963.  Later that terrible day, he helped tear out seats to fit the casket.  He stayed with Jackie Kennedy and the President's body during the flight back to Washington D.C.
