My dearest reader, I cannot express how enamored I am with this magnificent briefcase by Robert Cheau that I have modified. One of the most striking features is the moose skin leather handle on the inside. It was clearly crafted with passion and care, and is perfect for grabbing and going. It can easily be hung on a doorknob, chair back, or hook in your office. The mooseskin used for the handle is of the highest quality, 7 to 8 ounces thick, which makes it about 1/3 centimeter thick and similar to deerskin, but thicker. In my opinion, it is the finest leather in the world.

The moose skin handle wrap is unparalleled in its softness and satisfying feel. Despite being in excellent condition, it has a slightly worn appearance that only adds to its allure. The repurposed belt straps, made from exquisite durable latigo leather, are also exceptional. They are wide and comfortable, and crafted from flexible and sturdy leather.

The bag's inside zipper pocket is perfect for storing an iPhone Max or smaller device, while the large section can accommodate a laptop, lunch, water bottle, and even a Bible. Based on the photos, my mock-up wooden MacBook Pro 2019 with dimensions of 13.75" x 9.48" x Thickness 0.61" fits comfortably inside. However, larger laptops may also fit, so do not hesitate to contact me for precise measurements.

This bag has two pen loops, one business card holder, and a large front pocket with a turn catch. It is important to note that the turn catch is still in excellent condition and functions as it should. The bag is stamped with "Robert Cheau Made in the USA," although the name is difficult to make out.

This is not a bag for novices, as it exudes a seasoned and experienced look. I can picture a college student or a business professional who appreciates a vintage and rugged style carrying this bag to a meeting. It is certain to attract comments and compliments. Furthermore, the bag is crafted from unlined leather, which is a rarity these days. In my view, unlined leather is far superior and lasts longer. This bag is made of good old American leather that evokes pleasant memories of a well-broken-in baseball glove from my childhood.
