Adrenalin 4x4 heavy duty cranked watts linkage for all Discovery 2 models 1998-2004

Our Discovery 2 cranked watts linkages have been designed to allow for a more unrestricted rear axle articulation, particularly on lifted vehicles by allowing more clearance from the limiting axle bracket. When raised suspension is fitted to a D2, the lower watts linkage arm sits at an abnormal angle, this causes the lower arm to collide with the axle bracket under articulation.  Not only does this limit the amount of travel available at full droop but also puts extra strain on the bushes. Cranking the lower arm increases this clearance allowing for greater axle articulation and increased bush life.

·       Made from 6mm mild steel and 25.4mm solid bar.

·       CNC laser cut for best possible fit.

·       Shot blasted and powder coated in green RAL6037, various other colours available, please ask.

 

Fitting notes

Mounting bolts should only be fully tightened when the car is resting on its wheels at ride height. Tightening the bolts whilst the vehicle is jacked up will cause excessive strain on the bushes leading to premature failure.
