Up for sale is the fork assembly shown.  It goes on the front left side (if your sitting on the wheelchair).

It came off a quickie qm-710.  It might fit other models but I'm not sure so please look at the pictures to see if it will work for you.

It is on good working condition.  It will come as shown only.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS THE CORRECT ONE YOU NEED.

It is used and has regular use wear including scratches but still works fine.
