Waist side to side when laid flat 30cm

Inside leg 66cm

The material is super stretchy (fitted a size 12 and my 10 year old daughter) and is quite thick/dark so doesnt go really transparent like cheap leggings when stretched.

Waistband is elasticated also.

Good used condition however some bobbling on back, see pics
