Airplane diaper cake ready for its flight to your next baby shower.  

The diaper cake is made of a total of (6) size 2 diaper cakes. The body of the diaper cake is a baby bottle wrapped with a receiving blanket.  Each wing is made of a diaper as well as the tires. The front top wing is covered with a washcloth. the back wing is covered with a bib and the bottom wing is covered with a washcloth.

The diaper cake measures 10.5" from front to back; it is 9" wide including the wings.
