Selmer mark VII Tenor Sax- Top Pro Overhaul!Available today is a very nice example of an early mark vii tenor sax. This is an m24x,xxx serial number so one of the earliest examples. The horn retains around 70% of its original finish and shows beautifully with no sign of any repairs. Just been loved, played and honest laq wear. Bell flare is also straight. These early M serial numbers horns are supposedly made from the mark vii body tubes, but I can’t say for sure. This has had a recent too pro overhaul ($1200) w/ premium pads and domed metal resonators. Can give any good mark vi a serious run for its money for nearly a 1/2 of the price. Don’t sleep on these! The mark vii’s are really great players with the authentic vintage Selmer sound that will never be made again! Don’t forget to like our Facebook page- “Blue Note Winds”
