This hand finished wooden product is a handmade original. A certificate of origin is attached in the back as photographed. The item has been previously used so some of the paper off of the note pad is missing, however, see photo for how much is left. Has two hooks to hang from in the back and appear to not be attached with the original making of the product. The whiteboard eraser is attached loosely and will come off if pulled. Next owner can superglue to keep positioned. Approximately 16.75” x 11.75” x 1.25.
