New in box. The box has been opened but it does not appear that anything was used. There are nine plywood sheets with the pieces all still attached, an instruction manual, an instruction warm up sheet and the silkscreen printed windows which are still attached as well. Please note that the box states that shingles, paint, glue and decorations are not included (photo#7). The box will be taped shut before shipping.
