VINTAGE SOUVENIR SCOTTIE DOG NAIL FILE WITH VIRGINIA STATE SEAL & NORFOLK NAME

This is a vintage souvenir nail file with a Scottish Terrier dog featured on the top. Metal file has a brass dog and also a brass Virginia State Seal present and the town of Norfolk imprinted on the seal. It is in good condition overall for its age. Please see pictures for design and condition detail. Measures about 4.5" long by 1 and 1/4" wide at widest part of dog.
