- All claims (damaged or wrong items) must be filed within 15 days from the the date that you receive. So when you receive the package, please check soon.
Defective or Damaged in transit Order: if the item that you receive has the manufacturer's defect or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with the photos of the item, and we will get a replacement on its way to you, and for the defective items, as we need to replace with the manufacturer, so you may need to send the item back. Anyway please contact us directly and immediately.
Missing Order: These 3 situation may occur that: 1. if you buy the items separately, we may send in different packages. 2. When your order is over 2KG, we have to send in more than one packages; 3. you know we will also make mistakes. But no matter which situation or reason, please contact us when you face receiving a partial order, we will reply you within 24 hours and offer more solutions for you.
Wrong Order: When you receive the item not your order or not the same as your order, please contact us directly and immediately. And please mail us with the photos, and we will confirm with our warehouse staff at the same time, when it is confirmed, we will send the correct item to you immediately.
