VINTAGE 1969 HANDCRAFTED UNC TARHEEL RAMESES UNIVERSITY WOOD WALL PLAQUE 19”x15”.

The wall art has some issues. The felt falls off easily when removing dust on surface. The edges of the particle board is deteriorating. Mainly the lower edge. There is a visible stain on the rear, left side of the plaque.

Hopefully the next owner can rejuvenate this old piece.
