Your device will be booked into our software system upon receiving it

If for any reason your phone cannot be repaired, there will be a standard £5.99 charge to cover postage cost and time spent on it - by purchasing this service you agree to these terms and condition.
We will not fix or responsible for any unknown/liquid damage faults diagnosed by our technicians.
These faults are usually not know by phone user you will see these water/liquid signs when disassemble LCD Panel.

1) This Service does not include and will not Fix The faulty face ID or Touch ID on Device.
2) This Service does not include and will not Fix any other issues e.g Faulty Mic, Charging Port, Swollen or Faulty Battery, Faulty Speakers, Searching for Signal, Front or Back Main Camera.
Some of the faults can occur at the time of damage to device e.g if device is dropped by user by accident and cracked the screen and impact also damaged rear or front camera Face ID or (MIC SPECIALLY IN IN IPHONE 8 AND 8 PLUS) user cant use phone because of cracked screen therefore user can not test any other functions like camera or mic Face ID Touch ID or speaker.
When Screen will be fixed by us and then you test phone and any other fault mention above comes into your notice those faults will not be our responsibility or will not be fixed by us in this price. All other faults can be fixed with extra cost.
