* For European countries, Australia and USA, can expect delivery within approximately 7 days.
* Alternatively, you can pickup your item from our Sheffield Warehouse S9 2LQ. We are open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00pm. Saturday by appointment only.

Returns

At Powatechnic, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction above all else. If any item you purchased is incorrect, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we reserve the right to decline the return of non-faulty goods received beyond the 14 day period without prior notification.

Items eligible for return must meet the following criteria:

• The item is unused

• The item is in its original packaging

• The item is returned within 14 days of receipt

Items from Powatechnic usually require a signature upon delivery. We strongly advise inspecting the item for damage before signing for the products, as the courier will not accept liability for damages once the delivery is signed for.

Please be aware that informing us of damages or shortfalls after signing for a consignment significantly complicates the claims process with couriers, and some couriers may not accept lability. Claims for damages and shortfalls will be processed with 48 hours of notification.
