Please Pay Attention:


- The external DVD/CD drive doesn't support Blu-ray Discs / TV / Car / Truck / Android Phone & Tablet / Chromebook / Chrome OS/ iPhone / iPad / Ubuntu OS.


- Before using external disk drive, please make sure your computer has "Media Player". For playing software, please download free software: VLC media player or Kmplayer. For burning software, please download free software: Nero.


- This drive can read and write CD but only read DVD.


- Please plug the drive into the computer to open the drive door.


- If you connect it to a USB hub or extender, it could not be recognized or unable to read the CD/VCD


- The data cable is on the back of the CD/DVD drive. For Mac OS, use the mac command to eject disc.


- For desktop PC, please connect the external cd/dvd drive for laptop to the back-end USB interface, because the front-end USB port of the PC extends outward and the power supply is insufficient.


- Please must set region code to #1 to play USA discs. (Device Manager> Right-click DVD/CD Rom> Properties> Area)


- If your devices don't have enough power to support the external CD drive, it’s better to use an external power adapter to increase the power.


- If you use the dvd/cd drive on PC, it’s better to plug the drive into the back end interface for more strong power supply.
