We want our customers to be able to shop with us securely. We only accept payments through PayPal, ensuring that your money is transferred safely. Furthermore, to prevent any hassle and confusion for our customers, we only dispatch our products once payment has been cleared.

If you are paying by PayPal and it is processed as an e-cheque please note that we cannot release your order until the payment has cleared (which can take 10-14 days). We will dispatch the item once the payment has cleared.

At Luxury Sole we offer our customers free tracked delivery on orders over £50. Your order will be delivered with Royal Mail with their 48hour tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification which will include your tracking number.

At Luxury Sole, we want you to be happy with your purchases and confident that you’ve found the perfect item. If a return is necessary we can accept returns within 30 days from the day the goods were delivered to you.

If you have ordered the wrong item(s) or simply had a change of heart, all item(s) must be returned in the original and suitable condition for re-sale, with any associated products, tags and boxes intact. We will reject returns that are not in a suitable condition for re-sale.

Faulty or defective items:

If you have received faulty or defective goods, don’t worry. Simply get in touch with us to report the problem and you will speak with one of our dedicated customer service advisors. Our team will be happy to help you resolve the issue and provide you with further instructions.

If the item(s) is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault we will process a full refund if required.

If you wish to make an exchange and the item(s) you want to change it for are not available, we have the right to cancel the exchange and issue a refund. If this happens you will be contacted. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel back to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team and we will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
