DESIGN:
Many years in development has all led up to this. Built in collaboration with Tier 1 operators stationed worldwide, we used their feedback to build a bomb proof belt that meets strict requirements in rigidity, durability, and modularity. The TITAN is what we built. This belt is built to be load-bearing. Attach OWB/Duty Holsters, IFAK pouch, Mag Pouches, water bottle, etc. All while staying securely attached to the operator while running, jumping, climbing, and crawling.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Why use Hook velcro for the interior of TITAN?
Attachment of our belt pad or inner belts.
Industry standard is Hook outers and Loop inner. For a dedicated outer belt system we wanted to follow the standard, as well as give the epic ability to use our MEDC belt as a standard EDC belt, and the inner Loop belt to interface with Titan.
Also, when you are not wearing your TITAN and just need a standard EDC belt, having a Hook inner is not completely ideal... Loop is better in our opinion for an inner belt, which is why we highly recommend our Modular EDC belt as a standard pants belt, and the Loop inner belt.
However, not all folks are the same and we completely understand that. Please leave us a comment when ordering and we will swap your Titan to Loop if needed.

Why a proprietary Hook & Loop velcro?
'Velcro' is a brand. Hook & Loop is what it's actually called. Velcro brand sells hook/loop.
We use a proprietary American Made hook/loop product that is FAR longer lasting that standard Mil-spec Velcro brand hook/loop.
YES, we absolutely stand behind that statement. We have Many MANY hundreds of hours of hard use and hard testing with this hook/loop.
Our Loop is built to take major abuse and lots of use before fraying and 'fluffing up'. Standard Mil-spec Velcro brand loop does not take long to get to the end of it's use cycle and cause a mess of fluff. Ours has probably 10x as much life as Mil-spec Velcro.
Also, our Hook is much thinner, stronger, and far nicer on clothes than standard Mil-spec Hook Velcro. As many of your know, standard Mil-spec hook Velcro is hard on clothes and will tear them up easily. Our 'Hooks' are half as small as Mil-spec Velcro, but offer a much higher sheer strength compared to Mil-spec.

Why use a 1" buckle system?
Ease of adjustment, minimalistic, lighter weight, same strength as larger buckles.
Ever tried adjusting the famous Ronan belts or similar style battle belts? They are a bit of a chore to adjust on the fly. As requested from many of our fighting men and women; we built a system able to be adjusted with ease and in an instant.
ALSO, lighter weight, much smaller in mass, less risk of pinching your tactical fluff/stomach. All the while keeping the exact same strength as larger buckles.

Why no space age Tegris?
Cost, and webbing is objectively 'stronger'.
We have tested Tegris for a long time now... In the future it may not be off the table, but for now we believe webbing to be excellent for war belts. Our webbing belts are extremely stiff and still very thin and lightweight, and in our opinion more comfortable as they conform to your body a bit better.
Also, our 1.5" & 2" webbings are weight rated for 3-5000lbs. This is not our belts specific rating, just the heavy webbing itself.
From our testing and other research, Tegris absolutely cannot yet compete with webbing in this regard as Tegris is not rated.
Again, future iterations may include Tegris, but I do not foresee us ever removing webbing completely even with Tegris added.

Why have overlapping webbing?
Strength, and full Velcro adhesion, and a fully supported buckle.
The entire belt is wrapped with our stiffend and resin coated webbing, this adds tons of strength to the front of the belt. Instead of the buckle taking much of the weight, it is instead fully supported by the webbing which takes most of the weight and disperses the load, while also reducing strain on mechanical parts and potential failure points.
Also, overlapping adds FULL Velcro adhesion onto the inner belt. No more losing 2-5" or more of Velcro adhesion where the buckle sits. This adds huge security to the inner belt, making sure there are ZERO issues with shifting or loss in adhesion with the inner belt.

Why a Modular Buckle System?
Pioneered on our MEDC belt In 2019, we love giving our end users the ability to swap to any buckle they may need, when they need it.
Want a super thin and discreet g-hook buckle? Easily swappable, and included with every single TITAN. Want to upgrade to a Cobra® buckle or Cobra® D-Ring? You can buy it online or through our store and swap it easily.
It also does not lose any strength as we utilize USA made STEEL ITW triglides to hold our buckles securely In place. These are extremely strong and reliable triglides.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN Titan and Medc belt? Here you go:
TITAN is a purpose built 'War Belt'. Not an inner belt, not an edc belt. This is built to be the best War belt in the industry, incredibly stiff and strong, yet very comfortable. All for an incredible price considering the features, durability, modularity, & lifetime warranty. As many of you already know, our MEDC belt has loop Velcro on the inside. The MEDC belt is an inner pants EDC belt that CAN be used as an outer belt, or a Velcro 'inner belt' when turned inside out.
Modularity was the focus of the MEDC belt, being able to use it in ANY form or fashion you may need was the goal.

Our new Titan is a dedicated outer war belt. Because of this, we have decided to utilize our proprietary low profile 'hook' Velcro. This is an extremely thin and strong Velcro type that will engage perfectly with a 'loop' Velcro lined inner belt. Loop is far better for inner pant belts because it is soft and will not scratch/cut up your pant loops when threading in your belt.
In our opinion; use the MEDC belt as your dedicated EDC belt and as your 'inner/under' loop Velcro belt. Then use the Titan as your dedicated outer belt system, ready to go and throw on your inner MEDC belt in a moments notice. Yes, the MEDC can be easily used as both inner belt and EDC belt by simply turning it inside-out while it's already in your pant loops.

If you need a dedicated outer belt system/war belt/battle belt, BUY the TITAN.
if your looking for a fully modular system where your outer belt can be threaded into your pant loops; buy the MEDC belt.
If you want the best system in the entire industry; buy the TITAN for the outer belt, and the MEDC for the inner belt.
BOOM, +10xp gained instantly. Your welcome, and enjoy.
