Vtg 1920s Electric Kokomo Red Arrow Tether Race Car 15" Orig Tin /toy Kingston!  works!!  really cool piece!! nice survivor!   a Great Piece for any toy collector!   wheels are turned, used these on a circle track, contact pole on side made contact with a fence, kinda like a trolley car... took charge off fence....  Only one Ive ever seen in person....
