THE HARD COVER BOOK IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION SAVE BINDING IS TAPED & TAPE IS AT BINDING ON BOTH INSIDE COVERS WHILE DUST JACKET SHOWS ITS' AGE, see below.  Read front dust jacket flap for a bit about this story.  Back flap shares about Miss Flora McFlimsey's Christmas Eve.  Sweet illustrations in color as well as black & white.

Marks:  No name or writing on pages or covers, front cover page has a very light address stamp at top right corner; again, the tape noted above.

Tears:  None to book but Dust Jacket has several (see photos) with a 1 1/4" at top of spine & a 2 3/4" at spine bottom.

Corners:  Page are square & very, very good.  All cover corner tips have paper cover loss showing the board.  On Dust Jacket all flap corners have tears or separations.  

Binding:  Obviously quite secure because of the tape with some paper cover loss at spine corners. Dust Jacket spine has the tears noted above & paper loss showing white on the connected section (photo 12).

Covers:  Both book covers are like new.  See first & last photos for the Dust Jacket covers.
