This listing is for a Audio Signal triggered mains socket (UK or EURO), can be used to power any (audio) equipment On/Off automatically without the need of manually switch on/off and without the need of a remote control, it will increase the lifespan of the equipment and save energy switching them off when not in use.

Ideal to use with vintage audio equipment, power amps, subwoofers and any other audio equipment when you do not have or want to use remote control. 

Audio Trigger Socket: Connect with an RCA cable to the source (any output, Pre-Out). As soon as a low level audio signal is detected at the INPUT socket, the output socket will switch ON (LED on), monitors the signal and it will switch it OFF only when the audio signal stops constantly for more than 3.5 minutes. Input signal can be any low level 0.01 - 2 Volt audio signal from any PRE-OUT, Preamplifier, DAC, any Headphone output, network player, etc. Socket On/Off blue LED. The audio source needs to come from a different source, not the one which is powered by this socket. Metal enclosure with build in, low noise, constant, 5V USB power supply suitable to power HI-FI equipment like DACs, Bluetooth, Google Chromecast or to charge mobile phone. This USB power is on all the time. The box will need a power cable IEC C13 or C15 and a RCA interconnect cable, not included !
