Here is a vintage 3 inch figure from the Japanese anime called "ONE PIECE", this is an open box item from 2015. This is the very 1st series in the 3 inch line. Consider this series like you would the Last of the 17 in the Star Wars line. They command a pretty good collectible value in the Anime market. The first series is called HISTORY OF LAW, their are 6 figures in this set, Corazon, nick named Smoker is the 1st figure in the set & the most popular. Figure is in excellent shape, was displayed back in 2015 in my sons room:) Here's another tidbit about this figure, anything & everything about smoking is prohibited in the U.S.of A. - can one imagine all the noise this figure would create if sold all over the United States????
