Is a stretch pull on skirt with the Wild Clobber label on outside back hemline with the hanging Metal Hamsa Hand. Size 10.  Measures laid flat 3" ribbed  waistline 12"  easily stretches to 17" and 20" long, and fancy open crochet bottom hemline is 7" long and 13" across bottom with stretch  Widest part of hips is 15"  easily goes to 18"...Any Questions please ask first NO returns....Better than pictures more dark red like first photo and photgraphed on a size 10 fashion dummy.  TOP was sold separately and  NOW SOLD, but have many that go with this skirt
